Harvesting
Macadamias are harvested by our trusted grower network and delivered to our processing facilities. Each batch is recorded by variety and origin to ensure complete traceability.
Dehusking & Intake
Freshly harvested nuts are dehusked and inspected upon arrival. This initial assessment helps maintain quality standards and prepares the nuts for further processing.
Curing
The nuts are transported to our state-of-the-art facility where they are carefully cured to reduce moisture content and stabilise quality. This process is essential for preserving shelf life and maintaining premium product characteristics.
Sorting and Sizing
Using advanced grading systems, macadamias are sorted by size, variety, and quality specifications. This allows us to meet the unique requirements of customers across different markets.
Quality Assurance & Storage
